This privacy policy will explain how Screenology and our Make_Happen brand, uses the personal data we collect from you when you use our website.

Screenology collects the following data: 

  • Personal identification information (Name, email address, phone number, etc.) when you fill out a form etc.

In most cases you directly provide Screenology with the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

  • Place an order for any of our products or services

Screenology may also receive your data indirectly from the following sources: 

  • Typeform - a service we use to create user friendly, responsive, cool looking forms

  • SquareSpace - this is web platform we use to create this website, sometimes we also use their inbuilt forms.

  • Facebook and Instagram forms - either on our related pages/feeds or via advertisements 

  • Eventbrite - when you register to one our events, for example an open day or film screening  

How will we use your data? 

Screenology collects your data so that we can: 

  • Process your order, manage your account. 

  • Email you with updates and information, as well as offers on other products and services we think you might like. 

Screenology DOES NOT share your data with any other parties so that they can offer you their products and services. 


Do we share your data at all?

The data that you give us is stored across a number of third party applications we use to manage and coordinate communications with you. Applications such as CRM (Client Relationship Management) software, G-Suite, CMS (Content Management System) software, survey and database applications.  

These third parties have access to your Personal Information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

How do we store your data? 

Screenology uses third party cloud based applications to store your data. We do not physically store any data on our premises.

Screenology would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like. You are free to opt out of receiving this information.  

You have the right at any time to stop Screenology from contacting you for marketing purposes.
